The Canadian Psoriasis Network (CPN) is a national not-for-profit organization whose focus is on research, education and support for Canadians living with psoriatic disease (psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis). CPN works to improve the outcomes of patients with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.
As a patient-based organization, CPN is extremely interested in working with partners in any capacity to facilitate projects including sitting on advisory/planning committees. We would also make available any resources of the CPN for dissemination of information about your work to the psoriasis patient communities to increase awareness and education of the public about psoriatic arthritis and the importance of early diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
The cure for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis lies in science and technology. That’s why the primary focus of the Canadian Psoriasis Network is to increase and support research to end these devastating diseases.
Our goal is to connect and collaborate with scientists, doctors, government agencies, other patient advocacy organizations, industry, and our community to accelerate the rate of scientific discovery.
We recently completed a global survey with patient groups around the world. We will post results here.
CPN is also working on a second survey, more specific to Canadian. We hope that the data collected with those two surveys will allow us to develop strategies to support and improve the quality of life for people living with psoriasis.
